These are what I call a professional edged body rock. They are right and left handed also. They are twisted but they come to a finer edge. So, it gives you um a sharper feel, a more precise feel for connective tissue work similar to Graston or ASDM or techniques. They can be used in either hand. They can be used hot or cold.
